Electric hot water boiler noise

2 years ago our boiler was replaced. The new Burnham boiler has a vibration transmitted through the pipes. We never had that problem with the old boiler. It is loud enough to wake us up at night!

Describe the noise...
do you know if it is coming form the elements, or the pumps....
If it is making noise, and you turn the AQUASTAT down, and the noise quits while the pump continues running, your heating elements are probably limed up, indicating a possible leak somewhere.
If the noise continues when the elements are off, there could be a bad pump in the mix (rough bearings) or a solder ball has broken loose and get stuck in the impeller.
What kind of pressure is the boiler running at?
Do some homework and get back to us.
MEIt's not so much a case of "You got what you paid for", as it is a matter of "You DIDN'T get what you DIDN'T pay for, and you're NOT going to get what you thought you were in the way of comfort". Borrowed from Heatboy.0
