Do I understand right The distance is kept close between tees to keep flow from happening in the other circuit if that pump is off? With Primary/secondary pumping. If I move my tee's far enough away to put in a ball valve and aquastat. Will my worst determent be bleed into the other circuit?

Here's some advice...
I wrote a series of articles addressing this and other piping considerations.

Don't forget to remove the handle of the tweener ball valve or some newby knowitall will close it for you....
Enjoy!
MEIt's not so much a case of "You got what you paid for", as it is a matter of "You DIDN'T get what you DIDN'T pay for, and you're NOT going to get what you thought you were in the way of comfort". Borrowed from Heatboy.0 -
Typically
You should keep them a maximum of 4 times the pipe diameter apart.
example: 1 1/4 common piping should not exceed 5 inches between tees. Might be just enough room for a valve.0 -
tees
check out a company called webstone they already have a fitting of closely spaced tees with a ball valve already between the tees.0
