Thank you, bless you, and Merry Xmas

I am sitting in my third floor office next to the radiator that has yet to work until today, and I had to take my fleece shirt off, because I am too hot!

Nicolas Bonham Carter and Steamhead, thank you for your help! It led me to Wayne Heid of R. Christopher Plumbing in Rochester, and I now have heat in all of my house. Through Wayne, I had Matt Johnson of Airtight Services, Inc, in my house with a thermal camera today assessing my home overall. My home turns out to be partially insulated, which makes my steam dilemma so much less dramatic. If you can get someone to do this for you as an estimate, DO IT. They are willing to come back and show me all of my steam runs (system was off while Wayne worked his magic).

I had significant issue with my piping due to the house settling. I cut all of the floor that had the steam runs under it so that we could pitch it correctly. After three tries, we have, in pajama game sense, steam heat. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b1YHL2E2sR4
