electric water feeders

I am replacing an old Crane oil fired steam boiler with a Burnham Independance Power Vent model and was looking for some input on electric water feeders, as far as which models and manufacturers that other people have used or prefer to use. I am doing this job in Bridgeport CT, and I had to chuckle reading Dan's book <em>The Lost Art </em>when he made reference to sizing the boiler and the Guy from Bridgeport who used the "Finger method" of boiler sizing! Thanks for any input you can offer.
