Found out that my radiant heating system has aquapex that is non barrier. Does anybody know have a solution? Can you install a 95% boiler with stainless/ no metal and be fine? Or is there another fix? Thanks.

    Aqua PEX

The best way is to isolate the tubing from the boiler system by using a flat plate heat exchanger.  An additional circulator (stainless or bronze), expansion tank and air eliminator is needed for this.  Consider installing a strainer on the inlet of the plate hx.

Whether you decide to add a plate hx or not a system cleaner should be used to remove any residue in the PEX tubing.  Check this out: [url=http://www.rhomarwater.com/media/2008/10/rhomar_hydro_9100_flier_ii.pdf]http://www.rhomarwater.com/media/2008/10/rhomar_hydro_9100_flier_ii.pdf

    depends on the boiler

Triangle Tube says you can use open oxygen systems with their boilers. the 110 solo an excellence have cast iron pumps built in that need to be replaced, but otherwise, no problem. make sure you don't use cast iron outside the boiler.

    Huhh?

Where does it say Triangle Tube boilers can be directly connected to an open system?  Here's what I found from their online documents:

    NOTICE

Do not install the Excellence water heater on

any application if the boiler piping contains

non-oxygen barrier tubing or if the boiler

piping is considered an “open system”.

Exposing the outer tank of the Excellence

water heater to oxygen contamination will

lead to premature tank failure and denial of

    the warranty.

    Consider protecting your investment

The high cost of any appliance should cause pause when knowing the damaging effects this tubing can pose to all system components.  Just because the hx is stainless does not protect other components (flow/temp sensors etc.) of these high buck boilers.

Isolation from the system is the safest way to prolong the life of a new boiler in this situation, not the least expensive now but could definitely save you a lot of money & headaches later. my two cents...again.
