I was looking to buy a copy of "balancing steam systems using a venting capacity chart" but I can do longer find it on the site. Does anyone know if this is still available?

In particular, I'm intrigued by G.W. Gill's idea of "maximized venting" and how it might be employed in my one pipe steam setup. Seems this may facilitate working at lower pressures.
