Dielectric coupling for higher temp

I have steel pipe and a brass valve in a 240 deg medium temp system. The highest rated dielectric coupling I can find is 230 deg. Any one no of a dielectric coupling with a higher temp rating? Can an arguement be made that I don't need it?

You don't need dielectic couplings for bronze to black steel

The highest temp rating I have seen for dielectric is also 230 F.

But pending on the alloy of the valve, you don't need dielectric protection. Brass/bronze is an alloy and does not react at the same rate as pure copper. Typically you do not need dielectric protection for a bronze alloy on black steel like you would need for copper to black steel.
  • If it's

a closed system, you don't need dielectric protection.  Without oxygen in the water, there's no place for electrons to go.
