Cast iron rads and knight

Owner has now changed his mind from running copper tube baseboards to cast iron rads. My instinct is telling me to separate the knight and the rads with a heat exchanger, but i cannot seem to find any recommendations from Lochinvar to do this.

    consider

a good dirt separator and you should be fine. Not a Y strainer which can plug and reduce flow. A dirt separator removes smaller particles and does not reduce flow.
