LQQKING FOR A BOILER/WATER HEATER
SEVERAL YEARS AGO I INSTALLED A STACKED UNIT BOILER/WATER HEATER UNIT, CAN'T REMEMBER WHAT THE BRAND NAME WAS AND I DON'T WANT TO BOTHER THE NEW HOMEOWNER. I HAVE A SITUATION WHERE I NEED A STACKED BOILER/H20 HEATER COMBINATION UNIT ( SPACE LIMITATIONS). I'M SURE SOMEONE OUT THERE CAN RECOMMEND A GOOD UNIT FOR THIS APPLICATION ( SMALL APARTMENT 700SF-TWO BEDROOM ) THANKS GUYS0 -
My oil supplier sells the Energy Kinetics System 2000. I know he is biased because he sells them, but he is REALLY into them - claims it is the cats meow in efficiency and ease of installation.0 -

Bradford White Combi 2
also sold as a Lochinvar, is one way to supply DHW and a hydronic load, safely. For that size space it could be ideal. Available as a side vent or typical B-vented style.

As hot rod
says. Bradford White makes a good unit. We are currently doing a large condo project and are buying somewhere around 100 of them.
They are approved by the Mass state plumbing board.
