Does anybody know who sells the short spud key online? I have searched but can't find it.

    I have one that`s made by Chicago Specialties, but I can`t find them either. A good cold chisel with a pipewrench should catch the internal nibs.

    I had tried that but I think my chisel is going to slip past the ears. I pulled a bad one out with vise grips. I have others that I might have to remove and would just as soon have the right tool if I can find it.

    I had no luck finding a short one for close clearances.

    So, I took a Craftsman, 6 sided, 13MM 3/8 drive deepwell socket this morning and cut 2 slots with my angle grinder. It fits in the 3/4 spud neatly and turns it out easily with the long handled ratchet.
