Loop Lengths

in THE MAIN WALL
So, I have a 1000 foot roll of 3/8" PEX tubing and want to begin installation. The "design" calls for loop lengths to be approximately 200 foot. How "exact" does this have to be? What's the best way to measure and is ± 25 feet close enough? Have a great day!

    i dont use 200 ' lengths however it will depend on a couple

    things...1 might be the means you are controling flow and temp another might be the reason for the heat loss designe and lay out in the first place...so i would say it depends...my thought goes like this 'put it in the slab dont just chop off any random length You Feel like.'.."i dont care.. take it up and do it right "and "Ripp it Out!" these are two things that i have said...ripp it out because of a nick in the pipe...i have no affinity for putting a coupling in a slab....

    Keep the variance of lengths to no more than 10% over all.

    so.. for 200ft lens., no longer than 220, no shorter than 180'

    If you vari more than this it will be more difficult to balance at the end of the day.
