maybe i scanned this too quickly....
buh,....did you read anywhere in that article that the homeowner has a duty to thier self to have their boilers and appliances properly maintained?
i re perused the article...i cannot even see where it is implied that that is even a consideration....there is something really really different about that particular piece of objective journalism...0 -
