    I'm in need of a replacement radiator, so I posted an ad on craigslist. Somebody from a nearby town just sent me the attached pic of radiators she has for sale. They are too small for the room, but I sure wish they weren't.

    Anybody seen ones like these before? With a little refinishing, they could be gorgeous.

    Watch ebay. I've seen (and posted here) a number of that style. Not positive, but believe they're only for steam as they don't appear to be connected across the top.

    unusual radiator

    I have one of those. It was on a tree lawn near me and was carefully disassembled and placed so the nipples would not get damaged. Then last year I serviced a boiler at a home not far from that fruitful treelawn that had the same thing.

    I can't find a name on them anywhere, and are not in any of the books. Steamhead has posited that they may be Smith radiators. They are quite something.
