What's a PRO?

Our plumber is in his 50's--the son of a plumber--and has been installing boilers (Burnham, American Standard, Weil-Mclain, etc.) for decades. Anyone unhappy if we show him some loyalty? If we share what we learned on The Wall with him? Nice guy, but not yet on the internet. Loyalty worth anything? Is this guy NOT a PRO?

Buying products we heard of on The Wall (e.g. Ergomax), and letting the manufacturer know where we heard about it, does that further The Wall's mission?

Are there folks lurking on The Wall who want to offer design assistance to homeowners like us? If so, how can we find your listings in the "Find A PRO" pages?

Thanks,

gf
