We followed the manual and used 1 1/4 piping between tank and boilers. Do you think we should of gone bigger, if so why? Boilers have been running for a month now and so far so good. Any ideas on what I should save? I got my first bill but it is hard to compare in the winter since I use gas to heat the place also.

Are you sure you have your pipe sized correctly? I cannot tell by the photo posted.0
