Actually that is a very nice installation!
Neat and orderly, nice poured concrete pad (no patio blocks!), spacious and easy to follow, looks easy to service. Plumb and level. Solid use of unistrut, everything looks well supported.
I would be quite pleased with that installaton, Joe.0 -
Thanks Brad I will sleep better tonight and have floor pics of copper if interested again thanks as you have my utmost respect on the wall.0 -
nice install
I wish i had that much room for some of my installs. easy to follow and nice job with the hangers. Did you use the vision one? I have had to replace a few out door sensors this year so do your self a favor and purchase an extra one.

Bell & Gossett pump
Joe,
Looks good, but you have to change the position of the PL Bell & Gossett pump. Manufacturer doesn't recommend mounting with the motor on top like that. Other than that, job looks O.K.

Don't know
Well I really don't know to be honest, right now it idles at 55 degress, thermostat settings. Big problem is I live 450 miles from this boiler. Only get up there 4 times a year and twice when it is cold, hope fully can get there the week between Christmas and New Year. This project is an ongoing thing. Radiant in basement floor and fin tube in house.Neighbor goes once a week to check things out for me. This is my first boiler install and probablly the last one at this size. Not like the behemoths I build and maintain at work. I could go on and thanks for asking Brad because if I every have the chance I want you to engineer the system for me.0
