    Dad suffered Stroke, need Good thoughts.

    I would like to ask for a prayer for my dad that suffered a small stroke Saturday morning, but not out of the wood's yet. He got me into this business and I cannot thank him enough. Thank you everyone!!!!!:-)

    prayers are there buddy. My Mom was in the hospital for 2 weeks, same thing. Say hi to your Dad for me, and let him know that he is in our thoughts and prayers.

    Mike- I hope your dad got in early for treatment. Small is good and they do wonderful things nowadays with CVA's.

    Still, the uncertainty has to be a huge stressor for you and yours. Know that we are pulling for him and all of you here in MA.

    As Dan and others have said, in time of course, tell us about him.

    Tearing Up Guy's....

    Dad thought in his infinite wisdom to let me know that after Hi School, there was more to life than screwing off,,.,.,., 1982, worked at Mc Donalds for 2 weeks and he got me the Trade schooling that I never knew I wanted. "Michael, (he said) I see you haven't thought much about you future and if you did, why are you working here??" Being a know it all I said, dad I am just doing this until someone drops a great job into my lap. He said and I QUOTE,..." Keep doing what your doing and don't **** about how your doing,.... OR Change what your doing and Brag about what your doing".........

    He paid for my 2 year Assoc. Degree in HVACR. Now I am 42 and love helping EVERYONE.... Sometimes I am wrong,,:-) But you know what I mean. I just love it and Thanks to All of you. WE ARE ACTUALLY A FAMILY :-)

    The comic strip, For Better of for Worse, is currently running a series on one character dealing with a stroke. It just never seems such things sometimes hit so close to home.

    I wish your father a prompt and full recovery. Mike, it's nice how you both have each other, and many others in your family I'm sure.

    Your Father has my prayers for a full and speedy recovery. A friend of mine had a stroke and was back slinging pipe with some physical therapy (tough Queens heavy oil guy) in no time. God Bless,

    My Dad has gone through some health issues and we went through a time of serious concern. But he was tough and survived and is still enjoying his life. I wish the same for you and yours. WW

    The prayers worked!!!!:-) Dad now will do a little rehab to re learn how to get back what he lost. Kiddos to the Stroke support group that basically set my dad's mind at ease as to let him know that others have been there Before..... AGAIN THANKS TO ALL OF YOU GUY"S. Prayers really do work:-)

    There are blessings in this somewhere, but sorry your dad had to take a hit.

    The way I look at it, It could have been much worse. Small stroke is what they said and I am thankful that it was just a little one.....
