INVOLVED WITH PROJECT 5/8 PEX 4 RUNS .WAS NOT INVOLVED WITH INSTALL .CONCRETE RAMP AND SIDEWALKS HOW WARM SHOULD LOOP BE THIS IS GLCOL MIX.WHAT KIND OF PUMP WILL WORK TO PUT GLYCOL IN .MY PUMP DIED LOOKING FOR REPLACEMENT.THIS IS WATTS MANIFOLD ONE SUPPLY ONE RETURN A PAIN TO PURGE .HOW TO ADJUST FLOW ON THESE HAVE FOUND OUT FROM MANUFACTURE OF MANIFOLD TO DO IT BY TEMP AND TO ADJUST FLOW SO ALLFLOW INDICATORS ARE THE SAME.WHICH ONE I SET IT UP BY TEMP DONT TRUST A PIECE OF PLASTIC THANKS

    Any paddle pump like a Pony could be used. Just pump it in from and back out to a bucket , Keep adding glycol to the bucket until the right mix.. Work the loops by leaving one open and the others closed. Work each loop one by one..

    You want the slab to maintain 42* to melt snow... Since you don't know if the loops are even or properly designed......First set it up so they all have the same flow . Then adjust until you have the same returning temperature by lowering the flow of the warmer loops. From there you will need to adjust the system temperature to maintain a 42* slab on the coldest day...
