Tune up Boiler Expert needed

In Nassau County, Long Island, New York area. Trane Two pipe Vapor Steam system with Beckett fired Weil McLain 572 boiler. Prefer steam background but MOST interested in a combustion efficiency EXPERT on oil fired boilers. Initial task will be standard combustion system tune up. Secondary task will be any high tech recomendations for upgrade/improvements. Alfred/Jim
