Buderu Model 11 Radiators

There are 7 Model 11 panel radiators that I have installed in my home. They are running off of a GB142-24 Boiler that has been set back to L50.
3 of these radiators you can actually hear the water flowing through them. They are piped correctly. Any suggestions on where to look. I currently have a Grundfos 15-58 set on speed one as my panel loop circ.

I built a manifold & have one diff. Press bypass. The room with the RC10 has no TRV's.

flow setters
What did you set the flow setters to?

sure sounds like a flow issue. Are the problem rads t-static heads also set on the # 1 or 2 setting or almost satisfied when they are just barely opened? If so you need to open the bypass a little more.

Is the noise in the other (TRVd) panels continuous?
If so, then you might have too much flow through the non-TRVd panel in the space with the RC-10. With high flow through that panel the controller may have found a temp curve low enough that it's exceeding the quiet flow rate in the TRVd panels.
If you significantly throttle flow to the non-TRVd panel the RC-10 will have to work on a higher curve to maintain the same average temp in that panel. With the higher curve the TRVs will reduce flow as well and the noises should disappear.
If the noise was indeed continuous and you try this solution, please report back with the results. Note it may take a number of days and repeated adjustment of the flow to the non-TRVd radiator. Just be patient with these "learning", modulating boilers--they need quite a period of time to adjust themselves to new conditions.0
