Moved baseboard radiator no heat.

you've added enough pressure drop with the new radiation to slow or stop the flow. You probably need a second Monoflo tee at this point.
Retired and loving it.

    Hi,
I recently moved one of my baseboard radiators and added a total of 12' of 1/2 copper and two 90 elbows to it's run on the second floor. The system is Weil-Mclain CGi-8 with a Taco 007 circulator on a 1 1/4" loop with monoflow tees for each radiator. System pressure is at 18psi because it's a three story house. All other radiators work fine and so did this one until I added the extra piping to it. Got all the air out but as soon as I stop bleeding it it gets cold. It is not the last radiator in the system. Should I change the piping to 3/4" or change to a bigger circulator? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

    Branch Size

Mark, what diameter is the rest of that branch that you extended?

The branch is 1/2" from the tee in the basement all the way to the radiator same as it was before the move. The tees I have are the older galvanized type restriciton on the front and back like they could be installed either way. I have the circulator on the output side (top) of the boiler not the input (bottom) could this make a big difference in the ability of the circulator to put out the rated gpm?
    thanks
