Kens reply to my reply to him
I assumed you were in this business, had fundamental knowledge of how this stuff works and merely came to "The Wall" to confirm what anyone in this biz for more than a few months, should know already.
The fact that approximately 10 people wrote, took time out of their already busy lives to help you, made suggestions, all valid, all for free and you jerked around with multiple answers, still really don't have a clue and are obviously dumber than ****, is disconcerting at best.
No fear of looking like an ****; you've demonstrated that by everything you've done so far. The poor customer will be far better off if he never sees a guy like you ever again.
Find some line of work your good at. This obviously isn't it.

This email is a valid one, and yes I have nothing further to say about anything on the wall on this matter at this time. I am still deciding how to approach this with your information and Mark Eathertons information, which seems too make the most sense to me, Everyone wants to seem to have the right answer, and I admit, on this particular circumstance, I dont know who is right and who is wrong and whos application is the best, all I know is that this boiler is 5 days and ½ a tank of oil and running and I fear that if this does not get resolved with either one of your suggestions that I recommend to the customers oil man who swapped out the boiler in the first place, and is willing to make good on piping it properly, I am going to look like the ****. My customer is going to build a 4400 square foot house and I want the plumbing and radiant heating in this house. Its her mothers house with the problem, and I would almost be assured to get that job if this is resolved on my suggestions, and again, look like an ****, and not get the job, and worst of all, have her tell other people I dont know what I am doing .so Mr. professional, what would you do in my shoes at this point?

If so,
Where's Steve?
Ken wants to know after wasting a few hours trying to help him out, on Holohan's Wall - only to be met by silence.

Yes I will give all hail to Ken Secor as pertains to copper tube "staple-up".
Physics AND his VERIFIED results are behind him and it WILL produce reasonably efficient and likely VERY long lasting systems with traditional boilers.
