You should have a heating pro look at your system. It could be air or a defective zone or bypass valve. Whatever it is, it needs attention. Annual checkups of these systems is always a good idea.

Homeowner Question - Banging pipes
We have had our radiant system for 7 years. This year the system has developed some very loud bangs and rattles. The typically occur after one zones shuts down. I also hear something like a vacuum sound immeadiatley after the bang.
Any suggestions
I would also like your comments on whether we should have a periodic inspection of our, or any, domestic system after a few years by our installing contractor?
Thank you in advance.
