    Impressive maze

    Nice straight pipes, just like everyone should enjoy them. I would love a see-through floor in this case, just for the fun of watching the pipes carry around their heat.

    Thanks, yes Pex-Al-Pex and is was a maze. Here is a pic after about 3 loops(that's me sitting on the floor). There are 10 loops 6"oc all within 15 feet of eachother in length(aprox 270'ea).

    Pex-Al-Pex is the way of the Future

    For me at least, after finaly trying it for the first time. In 10 years we have only installed a few heated floors. The way it looks when it is done, the easy way it goes down. Its worth it easy.

    oh yea, and nice looking work, lets see some boiler picutes when ya get to hooking it all up.

    Please share what the design water temps are and what will be used for a boiler. How big is this place?

    This is an indoor pool area aprox 2400sq ft. 1500sq ft of which is concrete floor the rest being pool.
    The Boiler is a Trinity ti150 with design water temps of 100deg to 110deg. I think that's what your asking?

    the pex al pex you are using,..does it come in 1" 3/4 1/2?

    i am seeing red supply white return headders....:)

    I believe it comes in 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1"
