Could I please get advice on what is the best type (brand) of copper to use in the hot water heating system?

Any brand " type L " is always my choice ( tagged in blue writing ). Some folks say " type M " ( tagged in red writing ) is ok to use , I choose to leave it on the rack.
For joining copper in hydronic heating systems I always use this..http://www.taracorp.com/home.php . Nothing else comes close to this stuff. I prefer the flux with the Monopoly man ( Utility brand ).
http://www.bellgossett.com/...not to join the copper pipe , but there is no better way to move fluid .
