PEX In a gravity hot water heating system

I live in Westchester, NY and and DESPERATELY looking for anyone who has experience installing PEX instead of copper. PLEASE either help or refer. I live in a 1926 Spanish Meditterenean home and can not gut the house.

We have experience.
We have quite a bit of experience doing just this.
