I had the opportunity to meet a guy on a job a couple weeks ago. We are the oil guys and he was with the plunber. Come to find out he too is an oil guy hired to help the plumber's business grow. In a 20 minute conversation I learned a few things.

    Just Got Back...

    From a weekend visit with another heating guy in Maine. We met at a seminar a bunch of years ago and have really never gotten together in person again, although we have stayed in touch by phone and Email. This was the last available weekend before the cold weather comes, and I am SO GLAD that we got together!

    There is a lot to be learned from sharing stories with other folks who do this trade for a living; it is a different and very skilled trade, and our war stories are very similar.

    Any time that there is a chance to share information with other like-minded folks is time very well spent.

    So.... how many Wetheads does it take to make it worthwhile? Hint...

    My business is in a small town with alot of work. There are a few heating contractors in town and we all specialize in different forms of heat.

    Once a week we get together and hang out. It is really great to learn and vent from and to eachother. When a customer shops around we usually know about it.
