Short of re-skimming the boiler
and wiping off the entire outside of the pipe, nothing I can think of.
A pan of water on the stove with a lemon and vanilla extract can help for the duration and the relatively warm weather will allow you to crack open a window and another on the opposite side of the house. Personally, I rather like the smell (for a short while!) for it signifies warmth.
Burning hemp in it's raw floral state is known to mask the odor and/or make you not care about the oil smell (so I am told). You can obtain same in certain cabinets at a large Home Box Store. Chinese food and ice cream can round out an evening.
