Looking for chimney expert, Long Island

I am in need of a chimney expert who can evaluate my 1956 chimney. My location is Patchogue, Long Island New York.

My oil fired boiler will be replaced next week (99.99% sure it will be a Burnham MPO) and I want to be sure my present chimney is OK. Or will it need a liner or should I go Direct Vent.

Any recommendations for an honest chimney technician?

Try John Pilger

John has been very helpful to me even though we couldn't hire him since he only works in Suffolk County. (I think Patchogue is in Suffolk.) John was recommended by my chimney guy up here in Westchester CF Ford--both guys are the real deal. The CSIA website is generally a good guide to finding chimney experts, --not a guarantee but a good place to start.
