Radiators are not getting hot. Return on two pipe system seems to be flooded.0 -

Are you asking ? Or simply stating... ?
Well I guess you would have to figure out why the return is flooded. Maybe a bad return trap ? Overfilled boiler?
Check the water level in the boiler, drain off water if you have to. If the return is flooded the radiators won't heat because the steam won't get into them.
The returns could plugged with rust or sludge you may have to flush them.0 -
