geo thermal heat and heat exchangers

I am building a new small home (1300 sq. ft.) and have access to naturally hot 130 degree water. The water has too many minerals to pipe directly into the house, and I would like to have advice on where to start with a heat exchange system.

Wow...
I designed a system for a guy that had an artesian (32 GPM) well with 122 degree F water. We used all plastic components for piping, and brass valves (non electric) for the controls.
Only got paid for design, but understood he and his wife opted to go with forced air because they wanted carpet on the floors so they could lay around and play board (bored) games..
Is yours artesian? Where are you building at? What exactly are your water conditions?
