Doing some work in a Lab today and noticed that the radiant cooling panels had aquapex running to them .I know that higher tempuratures increase the amount of oxygen the non barrier pipe will absorb, the water is at about 50 degrees .The circulators are not bronze or stainless steel could this cause problems in the near future?.

Depends
It really depends on the amount on non-barier tubing vs the amount of ferris metel. 50 degree water is very cool and will slow the process down considerably.
