BSPP vs NPT Baxi connections solved

I asked people in a couple threads what these thread tyoes were with these odd flat rimmed tailpiece connections. Never really got an answer, baxi said they taoer out to cut down on water noise and threads were a metric straight thread.

So turns out they are straight thread, british standard, not sure that is metric as britain has many measurement systems.

And it looks as though elusive as it may be can get BSPP to NPT adapters so could run non 300$ baxi kit connections for boiler or say run straight 3/4 in fittings onto these boilers.

Anyways, figured would be good for chunps like me who can’t seem to understand wgat the hell is going on with these odd threads.
