    Check the pitch of the runout (pipe from main to radiator. It should slope back to the steam main. If not, water will collect in it and cause wet steam.

    The work may have changed the elevation of the pipes slightly. You could try gently levering the whole thing up 1/2" or so (might need 2 people) and see if that makes a difference, make sure the radiator is still good after lifting it.

    Another option, maybe the trap has failed and it coincidentally timed with the boiler replacement.

    Just something else to think about.
