I have installed many on existing systems and new. What specifically is the issue you are having?

Make sure the control is properly grounded to start. Also. I think you can not use teflon take on the well threads?

Beckett has recently changed the well\sensor. If the well you have is all one piece with the sensor being set in epoxy that is the older one. The new one is two pieces with a separate sensor and well. If you have the old one I am sure the folks at Beckett will send you the updated sensor.

Had one house that for some reason had issues with it. I cut my losses and spent a few bucks and wired in a conventional.

I contacted you by email through the site. I wrote that I had shared this thread with Kevin Beckett and he asked Glen Allen to get in touch with you. This was right after you posted. Glenn also tried to contact you through the site but you haven't answered either of us. They're willing to help resolve this. All you have to do is call Glenn. His information is below.

We've installed 100's with generally good results, the 2n1 sensor being the only exception. Change the sensor to the latest iteration and you should be all set. The pic is the first one we did, will be 6 years in the spring, still working fine
