Testing & setting presuretrol

I made this device to test presuretrols and recalibrate

Them by adjusting the set screw until I get what I need

Leaving the fittings loose on tester lets the presure drop slowly

After it trips to see when it closes.

Works very well. I've had new presuretrols out of the box

Not shut off until 7 lbs. while it was set to 1lb.

    great idea

    Honeywell should be embarrassed into doing something about this but because they have a monopoly they just continue to ship crap.It's a crime that they don't have any competition.

    i like it..yea we play with the calibration screw also..i think the first person laid off at honeywell at the start of the recession was the qa inspector.
