In fairness to all, we don't discuss pricing on the Wall. Thanks for your cooperation.
A remarkable man and an amazing place
A few weeks ago, I visited a new hamlet about 30 miles south of Atlanta's airport and met Steve Nygren. He's in the process of building a town he calls Serenbe
Here's a link to Steve's story: http://bit.ly/Av56c0

Along the way, Steve teamed with Bosch to build a district geothermal system for the whole hamlet. Bosch opened an Experience Center in the town, where they display their products and run classes. It's right next door to the elementary school.

At first, I thought Steve Nygren was just another wealthy businessman, but the more I listened to him the more I realized I was in the company of a true visionary, and perhaps even a genius. The guy's enthusiasm is contagious.
Some people get excited and build a dream house. This guy gets excited and builds a whole town.
If you're in the area, go visit Serenbe. I think you'll be as amazed as I was.
