Or, here is another thought-
Charge MORE for your product when an imbisol is purchasing your product, that way you can better staff your technical dept to answer all the phone calls.
It cracks me up that manufacturers do not want to have contractors listed on their web sites... something about liability I have heard. Why is it that the HVAC manufacturers do it, and they seem to be more financially secure than the boiler people?
