All the little PM things like testing breakers, light switches, outlets, and T&P or pressure relief valves, etc. are going to let you sleep better at night.

    Check this out. Found it yesterday morning, caused by a plugged relief valve

    Home owner had just loaded washing machine about 2 minutes before this hapened. This was not a customer but a workfriend who called me early in the morning for help.
