oooold vapor system

just for the record I have done multiple vapor system replacements with success and years of Dan's tutoring.However,this is a larger scale home (plantation size) and I want to be sure.Details: I have radiation load, system is two pipe with orifice in returns mostly recessed convectors, some thin tube with random traps.5 inch express riser to 3rd floor attic, 3 zone valves in attic then downfeeds to rads.all old near boiler piping is gone.I am specing 580k boiler and 50 gallon reciever, due to amount of piping and unknown return time.

can anyone preferably expert, help me fine tune details of an intended boiler replacement for a turn of the century vapor system in an older plantation? I am confident of most but want to be sure.
