Requirements for Electric Baseboard Heating

Hi all, my questions, are there any special requirements for installing 220 volt Electric Baseboard Heaters such as does the walls need to be of a specific material? Should I RUN 3/4 INCH CONDUIT or 1/2 inch? Do they need to be sat at a certain height from the floor or from the corner walls? How about wall outlets how high should they be placed above the heaters? Can more than one heater be controlled by the T-stat and should the T-stats be mounted at a certain height and in a certain area? Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance Kevin.
