Burner

I went over a friends house to look at a problem with his heating system. What I found I have never seen before. It was a Riello Natural gas burner on a Buderus G115/28. It looked like the oil one, but the gas connection was on the bottom of the connecting tube where the noze goes. The problem is every once and awhile he has to reset the bunrer. I think it needs to be adjusted but don,t know were to begin. He has had the problem since installation. It has been servced a couple of times, but the problem keeps coming back. Where can I go to find more info to adjust burner.
