Hey guys- another tradgedy. Sitting here watching the news in MN. 16 yr. old boy died from CO poisoning in a new home. 4 other family members had to be put in a hyperbolic chamber. kind of eerie because I was just reading the thread from someone who is upset because not all contractors are doing combustion analysis. Like you guys said how many people have to die before they enforce this stuff. I would rather lose every job to the cut-throats (and i do lose a few) than to have someones death on my conscience. The news caster came on and talked about legislature passed to require a CO detector be installed in all newly constructed homes. GEE thanks for the no brainer legislature guys. Everyone should have one. Even after you do your combustion analyzation there are a multitude of things that can happen and with the way houses are insulated up here it doesn't take long for levels to become lethal. Just thought i'd let you guys in on that.
