Boiler sizing

We just added on to our home & need to install a bigger boiler.I did a heat loss calc. for my home & came up w/ 87,655BTU @ 0 degree. I want to add a indirect hot water storage tank to service 2 1/2 baths w/ one 55 gal. whirlpool 6 people in the house.
Checking the stats on the Buderus boilers & see they list input, output & net BTUs.
Which rating should I follow? & how much do I need to add for domestic hot water?
The house has a mix system of Radiant & Hot water coils in the air handlers.
