Many buildings in NYC use the steam risers to heat the bathrooms and kitchens.
When calculating the load for a boiler, how do you calculate the EDR for the risers. In my case they are 2 inch pipes, 30 feet in length.

Two inch pipe
measures 7.46" in circumference, or 0.62177 square feet per lineal foot. 30 feet would have an EDR of 18.65 square feet.0 -
