two pipe

Hey everyone just came from call where another company installed a hot water boiler....the left side of home heats fine but the whole right side does not....its a copper based two pipe system....it tee's to both sides of home in the pic I posted....I bleed the and no air comes out...so I believe its a flow problem....previously the home had be vacant for one year with the system drained....could these connectors be clogged? Does the feed line

to the right side get hot at all, or even warm, for any significant distance beyond the T?

There could be a blockage, of course, although it isn't a bit common to have copper pipe in a closed system block up completely. On the other hand, it wouldn't take that much resistance to flow on the right side to divert almost all of the flow to the left side -- but never all of it (which is why the first question.

On the other hand, I see no way at all to balance the two side of the system in the pictures, leading me to wonder if there might not be a valve or two hiding somewhere which got shut off...
