Peerless burner plate insulation

in THE MAIN WALL
The interior line on the plate seems detached, I manually pushed it back to the plate inner surface, but the plate, after a while, decolored and shows the burning sign, rust-like.

Could you please tell me as to what kind of material to use and how to reline the oil burner plate?

    That's usually called the "front refractory"

    Any contractor should be able to get it from Peerless. What model boiler?
