I just did this seminar in Fairfield, NY and Wilkes Barre, PA a few weeks ago and the tickets cost $129. My friends at the Hudson Valley Oil Heat Council are sponsoring the exact same seminar on Wednesday, August 18 in New Windsor, NY (near Newburgh) and <b>the price is just $40 per person, and that includes breakfast and lunch.</b> How are they able to do this? Who knows, but what a great opportunity.
