stainless cuts

I have to cut some 6" stainless flue pipe,My question is should I use my nibblers or my chop saw for the best cut as this is pricey stuff. Thanks Dave

    It seems to me

    That Graingers has chop saw blades that are made for Stainless Steel. I know my brother-in-law, who is in the dairy equipment business picked them up there. Don't know the model but they could likely tell you if you give em a call.

    Clean cut

    Depending on the grade of the SS, it will likely have to be MIG or TIG welded for best results.

    Ask your welder what he/she prefers and what will be most economical for both of you.
