You won't find a direct replacement for that. I'm not even sure that setup still meets Code.

It might be possible to upgrade to a current model gas valve unit, but doing so is not a DIY proposition. You will need to call a pro to handle this. Click on Main Site above, then Find a Contractor and follow the instructions to find someone who can help you out.

The local American standard/trane guy was worthless.

He just might have saved your life. Theirs a reason the parts are no longer available.

    120K input?

@Steamhead nailed it. It's time for that set-up to go, easily 50-60 years old. You need someone that knows what he is doing to convert this to a new gas valve & ignition system or consider replacing the boiler

Went on a homeowners insurance call Nov 2014 where the homeowner complained he found that the boiler door had blown across basement (and left a nice dent in concrete wall) and thought that might be why he wasn't getting heat....
After regaining composure, tried firing boiler for temporary heat OA was -10 at the time, opened main gas cock briefly and heard main valve open and release gas without pilot. This boiler from 1912 had an original gas valve with EXTERNAL springs!!!
For kicks and giggles I checked to see if they could cross-check a replacement valve..... imagine my surprise.
Wont risk my license to reengineer a boiler over 100 yrs old.
maybe if it were mine and had no kids....

Tech retrofit a new gas delivery from shutoff to burners. Burners were a more recent fix. She's running strong again. Again, thanks for the advice fellas

That entire pilot safety and gas valve can be replaced with a combination gas control. Have your service tech contact me and I can give them the part numbers to accomplish that.

The other alternative as already suggested is to replace the boiler.
